Privacy

What we collect

• Your name, email and phone number when you book, join the waitlist, buy a gift card or send an inquiry.
• Notes about your hair, and any photos you attach to an inquiry.
• A profile picture, if you add one in My bookings.
• Your booking history: dates, services, payments, cancellations and no-shows.
• Basic visit stats from our own counter: the page, where you came from, device type and rough country. No IP address, no cookies, no name.

We don't store card numbers. Stripe handles those.

Who processes it

• Lovable Cloud hosts the site, database, sign-in and file storage.
• Resend sends confirmation, reminder and receipt emails.
• Stripe takes deposit and gift card payments and handles refunds.
• n8n and Telegram carry booking alerts to the owner. These include your first name, service and time, never your manage link.
• DataFast counts page visits on public pages, anonymously.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies and local storage

We don't set tracking cookies. The browser stores a few things locally: your sign-in session (if you sign in), your light or dark choice, whether ambient sound is on, and a random ID for the current tab that keeps your picked time held and counts the visit. The tab ID is cleared when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

Booking and client records are kept while you're a client and for up to three years after your last visit, for tax and account history. Inquiry photos are kept until your inquiry is dealt with, then deleted on request. Visit stats are kept for 12 months.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, DM me on X from the account you booked with, and mention the email you used. We'll reply within 30 days. You can remove your profile picture yourself in My bookings.
